Flying with milk

Going on vacation in a week, which entails a 7 hour flight and I plan on bringing a good amount of frozen milk. Wondering what is the best way to store it for safe transport?

I’ll be putting it in my carry-on either in a small cooler or insulated lunch bag. Is it okay to have dry ice in there to keep it completely frozen? So worried it will thaw on the journey!

Here are the TSA guidelines for traveling with breast milk. I just brought a few bottles and ice packs in my carry on with no issues.

I don’t know anything about dry ice on airplanes, but I imagine there would be some restrictions because it’s hazardous?
