Healthcare Challenges 🏥 Today's "personal benefits snapshot" from United Healthcare. I'm currently on my third appeal attempt for heart surgery.

Dude one time tufts denied me lifesaving medication for cancer (I appealed) and then sent me a customer appreciation survey the next day asking how they could serve me better…idk, keeping me alive?

They couldn't even bother to proofread their messages, why trust them with healthcare?
