For the record, those are MY wrists, and the bracelets are hand made by myself. No, I do not sell them, shipping would probably cost more than I could reasonably charge for the bracelet

Some of us do notice that stuff. 😉

If someone did notice and say something how would you react?

Would ask then to introduce me to the local LGBTQAI+ Community. I would be polite and thankful

All other bi people I know are not involved in a community. There isn't a secret club house with flags and fashion shows. Nothing to do with pride month.

We are just bi.

I don't expect a secret society, but a recommendation on queer bars, etc...

Which city are you in? Someone here will know the local places.

I would also recommend comic cons.

i recently had a similar feeling, so i started looking for queer events on social media and being advertised on campus. in my experience so far, they're mostly attended by 35+ year olds. Im not sure why. Im only stating that in case you prefer being around people your own age like i do.

I have a couple of tshirts that say Canonically Bisexual on them. I'm not exactly subtle about it when wearing them lol

Well, I am just getting out of the closet at 42, so these are baby steps for me to build confidence

That is 100% understandable. It takes time :) i'm happy for you that you're taking this step. Always go at your own pace ^_^

This is so real actually. Wearing those never results in anyone recognizing the flag, literally ever

Every time I see a paracord bracelet I think of Markiplier going “oh god oh jesus I’m gonna die” trying to put on the one with the knife in the latch

Got that invisibility in me

Hello from r/all

If I saw the one of the left I think I would assume that was at least communicating bi support, but it's not like I would bring it up. I'm sure some people do notice but don't mention it. I guess it's a little too niche for bigots to catch on who probably would comment.

Heya!

Thanks for the comment. Not gonna lie but the fact that they're subtle and biggots are unlikely to recognise anything is part of the point. I assume that if I go to a gay bar, more people would see it and raise an eyebrow, which is also part of the point.

Would you be willing to drop a tutorial on how to make the one on the left? I want one for myself, too!

last time I asked if someone was bi was because she was wearing a lighter with a bi prideflag as a fashion accessory…. She didn’t know the flag and just liked the colors and just looked at me like I was weird :(

Personally I've been wearing my enbyness in my wrist recently (kind of, I still don't have a white hair tie, but one works with what they have). It's awesome
