More isn't better with dick pills. You already get the intended effect with a normal dosage (assuming that the dick pills are actually effective) and you're just getting more side effects by taking more.

my dad had prostate cancer and after he died we realized he had so many online dick pill subscriptions, we were like "i think this made the cancer worse lol"

Yeah some of the dick pills just have straight up viagra in them now, that can cause some issues if you take to much.
