The way that one cop is punching him in the war has to hurt really bad... Even if he was rightfully arrested, beating someone while they're already properly restrained is not something the police are supposed to do, yet here we are.
Remember... Police stood outside Uvalde Elementary for over an hour and arrested parents trying to break inside while a psychopath murdered 20 children.
