Cedarcrest Animal Hospital

I've been taking my pets to Cedarcrest for over 10 years now and have always been happy with their devices and with how they always treat my pets. Lately though, I've noticed people leaving the practice at quite a pace and going to nearby places such as Butler Creek or Mills.

Does anyone know if there's something going on at Cedarcrest?

I left about 3 years ago. I was always happy there but my last straw was when they went to add tons of various charges when I went to drop my dogs off for boarding after I was quoted a certain price. Before that they didn't renew my dogs anti anxiety med at his annual and they wanted me to come back in for blood work (every six months moving forward) and wanted me to pay for another doctors visit. My dog was on the meds for some time and never needed blood work to get the med and when we switched never got it for that. Basically I left when they started nickel and diming us. We are at brookstone animal and like it..

I was not happy with their treatment of my cat involving a surgery many years ago. I won't go back.

Dr Baird at Shiloh animal hospital is amazing!

Dr. Baird is on another level as a vet. Table side manner, patience, problem solving and just generally a cool and nice person. Give her a try if you are having issues somewhere else.

I can’t speak on Cedarcrest because we never took our dogs there, but we go to Butler Creek and always have a positive experience

It’s definitely gone down hill for the last 10’years or so. I’m looking to take my dog elsewhere.
