Closed down due to lack of funding.

Closed down due to water damage, the owner neglected the building and squatters starting taking copper, mold started then The owner of the resort was charged with fraud and money laundering after it was discovered he lied to get a loan to buy and renovate the park. So it originally closed down due to water damage and it seems the owner didn’t have the funds to fix anything since.
