Review Stay away from Battlefront Classic Collection
As of right now, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was this way forever, the games are worse than the original releases you can play on Xbox.
The multiplayer is currently broken, you can’t reliably join matches, the games usually last for ~2 minutes as the score count is set up terribly. The controls are for some reason different in SP and MP? Like can’t really put my finger on what the fuck is wrong, but it genuinely plays worse in multiplayer. But that’s not such a big deal, as you won’t experience the multiplayer much due to the state of the game.
It also lacks any meaningful settings.
The OG games on Xbox do not have multiplayer, but they play better and are generally a better experience than this mess.
I honestly don’t understand reviewers, I’m genuinely shocked.

Review Halo… holy sh*t.
A few days ago I made a post about being mainly a PlayStation guy who also owned all of the Xboxes but never used them much, because of… preference. I missed out on all of the exclusives for that reason. It’s weird, i know. I’m nearly 30 so I was around when they were coming out. I’ve bought Series X two weeks ago in addition to my PS5. I made a Gears of War appreciation post after I finished that franchise, calling it probably the best TPS I have ever played and people asked me to do something similar for Halo, which I’m playing right now. I’ve downloaded the MCC and I’ve already finished CE, Halo 2, Halo 3 and I’m about to start ODST. All I’ve got to say so far is… holy sh*t man. What a franchise. What a story and what a universe. Halo 2 is probably in my top 10 games of all time. I absolutely loved the story and the gameplay, Arbiter’s arc was unexpected (just as it was back then I guess?) and I loved it. “Tartarus… the prophets have betrayed us” is probably one of the best lines in videogame history. I have to admit that I wasn’t sure whether I’m going to enjoy this series when I started playing CE because it was really, really dated, especially when it comes to level design in some of the missions, but that changed after 343 GS. My jaw dropped. I’m hooked. Can’t wait to continue playing through this epic saga.
Ps: I played Reach when it launched 14 years ago but I just couldn’t get into it. I guess it was because I was used to CoD.
Pps: I’m now playing Reach again, for the first time in 14 years. Absolutely loving it. Might be my favorite entry.

Maybe I had my expectations high cause I thought it would play and and at least look somewhat like black flag some but wow ! This gameplay feels like a mobile shooter , the graphics aren't even that great . The way you can shoot in any direction is bogus . Just wow. $70 yea right !.

Review Just finished Alan Wake 2 and this is undisputedly my GOTY. If you haven’t played it yet, I’d highly recommend it.
You can really feel the care and passion behind this game and the devs show it with the fantastic environmental storytelling. Some of the new technology used in this game transcends what I thought was possible in terms of narrative delivery and presentation. It does what games like Control and Quantum Break tried to do and perfectly executes it in every department. The transition between live action and in game cutscenes for example is done really well and the live changing environments really compliments that presentation. This game is worth the $60 and I’ll be shocked if it isn’t a strong contender for GOTY at the game awards.

Review I'm a PS5 gamer that has recently bought a Series X, here are my thoughts from using it for a few days
As you could tell from my post history, I was originally going to go and buy a Series S, but I decided on the X at the store.
Positives:
Game Pass has more current 3rd party games in terms of availability than other game subscription services. Palworld has been a favourite of mine and I've been slowly going through that. Ultimately, you get access to games like Yakuza much sooner than you would on a competing game subscription service.
Software is easy to use.
Games run well, even older titles I missed out on during 7th Gen that I caught up on (Sonic Generations) and have also received framerate increases for the hardware which is nice.
Halo Infinite is fun but most people don't use voice chat :(
VRR works well
Negatives:
Some headsets (such as my Logitech G733) can't be used at all. Even if it is plugged into the controller through the USB-C port (which should work since it's not intruding on the Xbox's Wifi and Bluetooth). Sound only works with the G733 if you use it through your TV.
Can't use your phone for general game chat without using remote play (which causes the game audio to play on top of when you are chatting on the microphone. Having a basic toggle for using the phone's microphone in Game Chat through the Remote Control section in the Xbox App would help a lot).
Overall I'd say my experience has been mostly positive so far. But I hope in future Microsoft allows users to just use their phone to game chat without doing anything else.
4/5 ⭐

Review Skull and Bones is disappointing
So I got into the Beta, you get to play for 6 hours. This game is not what I was expecting. Online only game and due to this the visuals aren't all that great. Out of the 4 tasks I've done three were fetch quests. The voices don't quite match the mouth oddly.
We could have had a really good single player story here and online functionality similar to Sea of Theives but unfortunately it's far from it.
Waited ages for this but genuinely disappointed in what they've come out with.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 boldly stands as a giant of the open-world genre that dares to defy existing conventions and expectations. It’s a courageous effort that is as rewarding as it is deep. 80 hours in, I still feel as though I have barely scratched the surface of what’s on offer. Its abrasive player experience demands you abide by its rules of engagement. Comply, and you will be rewarded with one of the most engaging fantasy RPGs ever created. Dragon’s Dogma 2 is a masterpiece. It is an unmissable title that not only asks for your respect, but demands it.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is a landmark release for open world action RPGs. From its thoroughly immersive world and its stellar combat to the incredible emergent gameplay its bevy of systems enable, Capcom's long-anticipated sequel delivers spectacularly in more ways than one. By definition, it's going to turn some people off with its many eccentricities, but it's those eccentricities exactly that make it such an utterly unique and unforgettable experience.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is a triumph of a game that wants you to just take your time and see everything you possibly can. You'll be constantly pulled from your path by a new cave, a random quest, a chest one of your Pawns has found, random fights, and it's all part of the experience. I adore this game, and while it has some aspects I think some will find too clunky, it's a masterpiece.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 is wickedly clever, tightly designed, self-aware in all the right ways, and refreshingly unconcerned with whatever the latest trends are.
BaziCenter - Persian - 9.5 / 10
Dragon's Dogma 2 not only meets but exceeds expectations with its captivating storyline, engaging players until the very end. The deep gameplay mechanics and diverse choices ensure that every moment feels fresh and exciting, eliminating any sense of repetitiveness. With its eye-catching artistic graphics and epic soundtrack, the game delivers a truly unique and immersive experience. As a high-quality RPG, it promises to provide countless hours of entertainment for players seeking an unforgettable adventure.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is a worthy successor to the phenomenal Dark Arisen. Capcom managed to improve the game on every front while preserving the spirit of a classic fantasy RPG adventure set in a living open world.
Dragon's Dogma II is a masterfully refined take on the original game. It's easy to get lost in its massive world for hours on end and truly immerse yourself into the role of the Arisen. There are a ton of technical problems and oddities throughout the game, but somehow those didn't stop us from having a blast. In an age where the limitations of video games are a known quantity, Dragon's Dogma II transcends them to become a game that truly feels real.
While I know it’s not the perfect game, and certainly not one for everyone, I do know that it’ll be a title that I’ll find myself returning to year after year until Dragon’s Dogma 3 is made. Let’s hope that’s not another 12 years, but if it is, at least we’ll have a sequel to keep us busy for the years to come. Dragon’s Dogma 2 is an instant classic, the ultimate RPG adventure that fans have been dreaming about, making that long wait well worth it.
Dragon's Dogma 2 makes bold creative decisions that pay off big time - highly ambitious, demanding and rewarding in equal measure, it's the kind of masterful action-RPG that rewrites the rule books.
PlayStation Universe - 9.5 / 10
A fantasy adventure for the ages. Dragon's Dogma 2 takes everything that made the first game good and expands on it in everyway. The combat is visceral and engaging l. With a massive world to explore you can loose yourself for days exploring and battling all your favorite fantasy monstrosities. Dragon's Dogma 2 is an incredible adventure no one should miss.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is an impressive sequel to the cult classic game. It features an ambitious open-world and a more engaging storyline that combines nostalgia with innovation. Although the game has a few design quirks and occasional performance issues, especially on PC, it compensates with a rich narrative, an expansive world, and an engaging combat system. Players who are willing to dive deep into its universe will find it a rewarding experience. While it does not redefine the action RPG genre, it successfully captures the essence of adventure and exploration, making it appealing to both veteran and newcomer players.
Despite my reservations about the late game, Dragon's Dogma 2 remains an exceptional experience on almost all fronts and an adventure that you unequivocally won't want to miss.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is an excellent sequel that builds upon the first game's core concepts to create a thrilling open-world adventure.
If action role-playing games are something you are into, then Dragon's Dogma 2 is your next big game. It's that simple. You may have been thrown off by talk of the lack of fast travel. But the game's director Hideaki Itsuno, is right: a good game doesn't need it. Dragon's Dogma 2's world is covered with experiences to have. It could be a hidden cave, a simple treasure chest, or even a giant griffin that just wants to create chaos for you and your party of pawns. Combat is easy to understand, and different enough from vocation to vocation that when I get bored with one class, I can easily switch to try something different. It's not about the destination, but rather the journey. As silly as it sounds, Dragon's Dogma 2 is all about the friends we made along the way.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is a vast RPG filled with a rich world to explore and a dense combat system to master. It is marred down by some dated mechanics and performance issues which at least can be improved down the line.
Dragon’s Dogma II is an instant classic. Capcom hasn’t reinvented the wheel here, opting instead to deliver the same blend of exploration and monster slaying that they established in 2012 while turning it into a full-on adventure simulator via a sandbox that is capable of generating jaw-dropping moments at every turn. It may not be polished to the degree that I’d like, but I find it impossible to be angry at Capcom when what they’ve delivered carries a level of ambition and seamlessness that needs to be seen to be believed. In a year stacked to the rafters with game-of-the-year-worthy RPGs already, Dragon’s Dogma II is another fantastic addition to what is already becoming a complicated discussion and should not be overlooked.

Though PC players may face some optimization issues, Dragon’s Dogma 2 impresses with stellar monster-slaying action, incredible immersion, and satisfying adventures with NPCs you can’t help but call your friends. You’re sure to get sucked into the world with an incredible character of your own making as you claim your throne and face off against the intimidating beasts of Dragon’s Dogma 2.
Dragon's Dogma II doesn't feel like anything else on the market. Despite fantasy action-RPG being one of the most common genres, Dragon's Dogma II manages to stand out from the crowd. The unusual atmosphere, excellent combat, and general sense of place and weight make it feel distinct in a world full of Soulslikes or Skyrim clones. It's a boatload of fun to play, and it manages to make what could be a tiring genre feel fresh and full of life. If you're looking to hunt some monsters and cast some spells, Dragon's Dogma II is easily one of the best titles on the market.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 is a fantastic video game. It improves on every facet of the first title. An excellent main quest is paired with Capcom’s best English VO and some incredible emergent combat. It’s fully approachable if you’ve never given the first one a go, and any Action RPG fan owes it to themselves to learn just what the Dragon’s Dogma truly is.
A magnificent adventure with impressive fights and some very rough edges.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 is a fantastic adventure of exploration, discovery and learning that truly engages the player with a rewarding and nuanced combat system that carries well outside of combat. Brought down by small but impactful design choices and unfortunate poor performance on all platforms, this is the game of the year that should have been, but will likely never be…
Dragon's Dogma 2 is a kitchen sink sequel to the original sleeper hit from 2012, building on what worked about the first game to create an RPG experience that's still unlike any other.
Dragon's Dogma 2 features a rich world filled with plenty of old-school RPG stylings that remain a fun adventure despite some technical difficulties.
Spaziogames - Italian - 8.3 / 10
Dragon's Dogma 2 is a rare beast, and one we would gladly save from extinction, thanks to its unparalleled sense of freedom and discovery and fast paced combat system. It's a courageous game too, with divisive game design that not every player will appreciate. But believe us when we say the travel is well worth it.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is one of the most enjoyable RPG games in recent years. Combat is amazing, variety and depth of Vocations is impressive and boss battles are breathtaking. That being said, it suffers from some technical and structural issues. Story is shallow, side quests are somewhat underwhelming and frame rate drop is frequent. Nevertheless, Dragon's Dogma 2 is a must play for die hard fans of classic RPGs.
Arisen is back with a unique escort. The continuation of the interesting RPG once again relied on intelligent companions who stand by your side. And they are still great. However, some other aspects of the game could have been better.
Tom's Hardware Italia - Italian - 8 / 10
Dragon's Dogma 2 is an experience that entertained and engaged us, perhaps one of the most original and satisfying RPGs you will play this year. However, the differences from the first episode are really minimal and the reduced fluidity on consoles disappointed us a bit. However, it should be specified that this is primarily designed to bring in a large number of new players.
In a lot of ways, there’s a great game buried under the surface of Dragon’s Dogma 2. All of the components should work together. I’ve never played a game I was so frustrated with, but equally wanted to keep playing. For someone out there, I can guarantee this will be their favorite game ever. I’m sure it checks a lot of boxes for a lot of people looking for something different. I was looking for something different too, but I just feel like there was too much in the way for me to truly enjoy it. I’m still going to give it more time, I’m willing to be wrong, but for now I can’t help but feel disappointed.
Console Creatures - Recommended
I can see why the original Dragon's Dogma was such a cult hit. Over a decade later, though, with the technology finally capable of providing the horsepower to deliver Itsuno's vision, stepping into the world of Dragon's Dogma 2 leaves a lasting impression far more positive than I expected.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is an absolute masterpiece in terms of offering a true sense of adventure.
Rock, Paper, Shotgun - Unscored
A grand action RPG adventure where you'll make travel plans and have them disrupted by a vengeful griffin whose wing you'd whacked two hours earlier.

If CD Projekt Red had to make amends for the disappointing launch of Cyberpunk 2077, they certainly have done that with Phantom Liberty. Simply preem.
Checkpoint Gaming - Tom Quirk - 8 / 10
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is a strong and very engaging paid expansion that offers many hours of new content. Idris Elba's Solomon Reed is an excellent addition to the setting, and his movie star charisma does a lot to elevate the expansion's tense sci-fi political thriller tale. Accompanied by the long-awaited 2.0 update, substantially overhauling the Cyberpunk 2077 base game for the better and allowing the game to finally reach its full potential, Phantom Liberty might not bring as many new gameplay innovations on its own, but what it does bring feels like a worthwhile addition to the base game and something fans of Cyberpunk 2077 will definitely want to check out.
Destructoid - Eric Van Allen - 8.5 / 10
Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is a great expansion, with a conclusion that easily secures it a spot on CD Projekt Red’s track record for great expansions.
Digital Trends - Jesse Lennox - 4 / 5
With a strong spy story and performances to match, Phantom Liberty gives Cyberpunk 2077 the extra chapter it needed.
Fextralife - Castielle - 8.5 / 10
Phantom Liberty continues to show that CDPR will always support their most ambitious title to date: Cyberpunk 2077, and does so in phenomenal fashion. From interesting characters, intriguing plot lines and new mechanics, Phantom Liberty is sure to win over fans of the franchise, and many who had previously given up on the game.
Final Weapon - Saras Rajpal - 4.5 / 5
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty adds several new mechanics and features that fans have been hoping for since the game was released in 2020. Phantom Liberty is one of the best expansions I've played in years, with a brand new story, fantastic characters, and an exciting new area of Night City. It's a shame that this is the only expansion being added to the game and that we have to wait years to see what's next for the franchise.
Forbes - Paul Tassi - 10 / 10
Phantom Liberty is a thoroughly excellent swan song for the tumultuous saga of Cyberpunk 2077. And after playing, you will be glad that CDPR has already greenlit a sequel, despite the fact that the initial release could have sunk the entire company. It’s a redemption story on the level of No Man’s Sky or Final Fantasy XIV, and deserves to be experienced for yourself, no matter what you may have thought of Cyberpunk three years back.
Game Informer - Wesley LeBlanc - 8.5 / 10
While Phantom Liberty doesn't stand head and shoulders above the rest of the Cyberpunk package, it slots in nicely, like a preem piece of cyberware you’ve been waiting to be in stock.
GameGrin - Mike Crewe - 9.5 / 10
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is, quite simply, a must-play. With an engaging narrative and fascinating new locale, this thoroughly gripping expansion will be sure to delight anyone looking to dive back into Night City.
GamePro - Stephan Zielke - German - 94 / 100
Phantom Liberty delivers the ultimate cyberpunk experience with fascinating characters, a thrilling story and varied gameplay.
GameSpot - Michael Higham - 10 / 10
Phantom Liberty embodies the best of Cyberpunk 2077 for a thrilling RPG-shooter with an evocative story, compelling side content, and unforgettable conclusions.
Gamer Escape - Justin Mercer - 8 / 10
The end result here is a balancing act—a little of column A and a little of column B. Phantom Liberty’s main questline absolutely explores a more espionage-tinted angle than its base game counterpart with, but there was a concerted effort to intertwine them in a way that still feels seamless. Its side quests may not feel like anything new, but the level design and encounters have never been better.
In that sense, Phantom Liberty is Cyberpunk 2077 distilled. If you enjoyed the base game, it’s hard to see you being dissatisfied with this expansion. And even if you aren’t enticed by any of the new content on offer, Update 2.0 has brought net improvements to the overall gameplay that make it more than worth taking another trip through Night City.
Gamer Guides - Ben Chard - 8 / 10
A great follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077 with a stellar cast that brings a thrilling story to the streets of Dogtown. The gameplay changes bring it up to a better standard, but if you are not a fan of the original, don’t expect Phantom Liberty to change your mind.
GamesRadar+ - Sam Loveridge - 4.5 / 5
Between the 2.0 Update and Phantom Liberty, Cyberpunk 2077 is a different game now. It not only looks more beautiful than ever, but it's also vast. The Phantom Liberty expansion adds 13 core missions, 17 new side quests and gigs, and a brand new ending for the base game. That's a lot of content without even thinking about what's been added in the three years between now and launch.
GamingTrend - David Flynn - 95 / 100
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty represents the best the game has to offer. The main quest is tense and thrilling, with amazing characters played by fantastic actors and twists around every corner. Every quest gives you something unique and interesting to do, including side quests. Dogtown is gorgeous, deadly, and deep.
IGN - Matthew Kim - 9 / 10
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty completes an immense turnaround for CD Projekt Red's future RPG kickstarted with the anime spinoff, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and its latest 2.0 Update.
Phantom Liberty is a succinct summation of the best parts of Cyberpunk 2077 and all the strife it took to reach this point.
Multiplayer First - James Lara - 9.5 / 10
it’s clear after playing through the expansion that CDPR has been listening to its fans. With Phantom Liberty, they have finally delivered the much-demanded experience players have asked for since launch. I’ll gladly say that Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty, alongside the 2.0 update, might be one of the best gaming experiences I’ve played all year, and looking back, there’ve been tons of amazing games this year.
PC Gamer - Ted Litchfield - 87 / 100
Phantom Liberty doesn't reinvent Cyberpunk 2077, but it is CD Projekt firing on all cylinders to tell a great RPG story.
PCGamesN - Will Nelson - 9 / 10
Phantom Liberty is a fitting send-off for V, Night City, and Cyberpunk 2077 as a whole. CD Projekt Red has delivered a dense and impactful expansion to one of the medium's best cityscapes, even if its branching narrative structure stumbles.
Polygon - Toussaint Egan - Unscored
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty almost corrects the past
Press Start - Brodie Gibbons - 10 / 10
On the back of Phantom Liberty, along with a really substantial rebuild of all of the game's core systems, Cyberpunk 2077 manages to wash its hands of its past failures and emerges as the genuine article. At last, it's the intoxicating escape I once thought it was and stands out, to me, as the premiere role-playing resort in what might very well be a modern golden age for the genre.
Push Square - Robert Ramsey - 9 / 10
Phantom Liberty is often Cyberpunk 2077 at its very best. A gripping narrative complete with great characters adds another dimension to the open world RPG, while the main mission and side quest design remains top notch throughout. It's a tremendous expansion that delivers a truly memorable experience.
Rock, Paper, Shotgun - Graham Smith - Unscored
A brilliantly written and performed spy-thriller set in the middle of Night City and of Cyberpunk 2077's overarching story.
Saudi Gamer - Arabic - 9 / 10
A fitting end for a saga that is reaching 3 years. This expansion builds on the strength of the base game and provides thrilling twists and turns, accompanied by the biggest changes to the base game yet.
Stevivor - Matt Gosper - 9 / 10
If this is the finale of Cyberpunk 2077’s redemption arc, it’s a damn impressive one. I’m excited to see what a sequel built from the ground up with these lessons learned will be like, but until then I’ll keep poking around Night City to see what’s new.
TechRaptor - Jason Rodriguez - 9 / 10
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty offers an exhilarating romp in the dystopian setting of Night City and Dogtown, and it’s further bolstered by numerous changes from Update 2.0. Those who played the base game years ago would find a satisfying conclusion to V’s story, while newcomers would be treated to a quintessential futuristic RPG experience like no other.
TrueAchievements - Ian Stokes - 9 / 10
Is this the big shift that will win over people who bounced off Cyberpunk 2077 at launch? No. Instead what Phantom Liberty represents is a small slice of the best that Cyberpunk 2077 and CD Projekt Red has to offer.
Wccftech - Alessio Palumbo - 9.2 / 10
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty builds upon what was an already great game to deliver more fantastic storytelling (with a spy thriller theme, this time around), exciting combat, and very high-quality side content. The perk tree overhaul is a major improvement to progression, and additions like vehicle combat and the overhauled police system are very welcome, albeit not game-changing. If you've been holding out on Cyberpunk 2077 until now, you'll find a huge game with over 120 hours of quality content and an incredibly immersive game world to literally lose yourself in.
WellPlayed - Nathan Hennessy - 10 / 10
CD Projekt Red completes its redemption arc with an essential, meaty, and ultra-fine-tuned DLC expansion that elevates every aspect of Cyberpunk 2077.
Windows Central - Samuel Tolbert - 4.5 / 5
CD Projekt RED brings a thrilling race against time where you must save the president and go undercover, all while trusting no one. Combined with the free but accompanying 2.0 update, Phantom Liberty delivers an experience that even disappointed players of the base game should definitely check out.
Worth Playing - Chris "Atom" DeAngelus - 9 / 10
At the end of the day, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty DLC probably won't change your mind if you just disliked the base game. If you even remotely enjoyed the original, then Phantom Liberty is an excellent DLC. It contains some of the best story missions, a host of cool new weapons, and a lot of time with Elba. The fact it carries over into the main story and offers a completely different endgame path is also very cool and means that it's a worthwhile experience - even for those who have seen everything the original has to offer.
XboxEra - Jesse Norris - 9.2 / 10

Review Gotham Knights is a good example of "Play it for yourself before judging"
I fricking love this game. Only GP could allow for situations like these. I would have never bought this game because of the bad rep it was getting. Some ppl made it sound like complete crap. It's a good game and I only know this because it's on GP so I was more willing to try it out.
I do understand that it received some updates but I don't think I would have written it off.
