I’m actually really excited to see what we look like next year! But I am a realist and I believe that next year is not going to be a huge leap forward. I imagine the team will be much more focused on 2026. The reg changes being a huge opportunity to make a dramatic jump. But even so, I think we’ll see that Albon and Sainz are going to be fairly evenly matched. To those that think that Sainz will embarrass or ‘reveal’ how bad Albon is, all I’ll say is we’ll see next year but right now I truly believe they will be well matched and will push each other and the team. Personalities aside, I think we have a truly talented, experienced and rapid driver pairing. LFG!

If we can get some consistent, low range points I'll consider that a win for next year

Absolutely. Considering that we were right there most of the year (Albon finishing 11-15) I think with some upgrades and a bit of better luck we should definitely see more points with 2 cars for a whole season.

I'm hoping they'll be back to the level they were in 2023, especially since this season was already considered a write-off from the major infrastructure changes they've been making.
And if they're back to the level they were in 2023, they'll do even better now that they'll be a two-car team 👀

I feel the same and that’s just it! Even if we accept the idea that Sainz will come in and Albon will be shown to be the second best driver on the team, that’s great fucking news to me! Cause if Albon is the baseline and Sainz will be better, then it means Sainz will be scoring points every weekend!

Somewhere in the P5 - P7 range is attainable in Constructors' next year given the driver pairing and as long as the car doesn't fall way behind the other midfield cars like it did at various points this season. I think it really depends on how Doohan and Bearman perform for Alpine and Haas, respectively. Sauber is still going to be terrible next year, VCARB is an absolute mess right now, and I think Aston is going to get worse before they get better.
Regardless I think Carlos is going to deliver Williams' best race finish in many years next season.

Alex and James seemed to be pretty positive about the 25 car. So hopefully we can return to consistently scoring points and fight for p7 or maybe even p6 in the constructors.
Not expecting lots of upgrades throughout the year as the focus is clearly on 26, but since a lot of (midfield) teams will probably switch their focus to the 26 car early as well, I hope we can keep up and have a decent and less painful season. Looking forward to seeing what Carlos and Alex and the team can do a lot!
