I met so many people on this Thai island with bandages on from getting burned at the beach parties

He was pranking the other guy that was about to jump in. He cut the line! Hilarious!

They’re on the wrong side of the rope to even get in too. Multiple levels of dumb here.

No, they’re not. His problem was he just didn’t even jump.
Really you could enter from any direction as long as you run into position as soon as the rope is going away from you and jump over the rope to get into centre position as it’s coming back through.

You’re solo roping in your posts. What does that have to do with this? It’s way more difficult to get in rhythm from the upswing of the rope.

Here we have children jumping into the rope with the rotation coming towards them, like seen above. Hope this clears up the Dunning-Kruger level of dumb in your comment.

He hit the rope with his head as he was entering. There was a slight deflection of the rope from his head. He failed the first step before even deciding when to jump.

It looked to me like the guy on the left (the one with the cap) was getting ready to go in and was just waiting to time it right when the bald guy suddenly decided to pull a Leeroy Jenkins.

And that, son, is how you avoid paying for waxing for the rest of your life. High five

Ha, i was just there last night.
Sidenote: those workers seemingly have to do that fire jump rope every night, even if no one is at the beach. I was just chilling and the beach was empty and i was kinda shocked to just see them light the rope on fire and start swinging it in hopes someone would come to their empty bar.

Is "Stop, drop, and roll." no longer taught in primary school. I see so many videos of people catching themselves on fire and having no idea what to do...
It was bad enough they didn't teach finance.

People just don't react properly to fire in general. We've seen it on here, and I've seen it multiple times in person. I've seen someone dump a pan full of burning bacon into a trash can. I've seen a bartender laughing while a kitchen fire was burning (cocaine was involved), and I've even seen a complete moron let a fire burn at work with the intention of waiting for the manager to come back from his break to deal with it. Some people just suck at dealing with fire for some reason.
