There is a massive abandoned floor in the apartment complex I live in, it was meant to be used as a trade center, but it was never finished, yet the lights are still on in there.

Designed by the guy who made cement land and the art museum in STL, it’s listed as a park online however the roads are very bad and the area is semi abandoned park is called “Rootwad Park”
