Ukraine has sent 500 tons of wheat flour to Syria as part of its "Grain from Ukraine" initiative. The aid aims to help alleviate a looming food crisis following the collapse of the Russia-backed regime of Bashar al-Assad. It’s expected to feed approximately 167,000 people over the coming weeks.

People are understandably cautious about what's going on in Syria, especially as they're clearly about to be besties with Turkey, but this is just a fine way to matey up in advance.
