Question Has anyone started looking for off campus housing for Fall 2025 now?

It’s my second year living on campus as a transfer student now. Literally checking on the website and most posts are only about moving in next month instead of summer

More demand for housing than there is available, so people with property aren't motivated to think so far into the future. It is reasonably easy for them to list a room on Monday and have it secured by Friday. Also fwiw, many places will want you to pay for summer (either you start your lease in june and burn summer rent or you end it in september and burn summer rent at the end).

Too early. Start looking 2 months ish before. Btw it might make sense to start the lease before the summer break and sublet out since you'd be looking at a lower rate than if you start sept.

Start in march or April. I don’t recommend waiting too long for September housing

it's never too early to look for places you like, but it's too early to apply for any. you should also look for people to live with irl because finding random roommates online is risky
