Question fafsa refund

when do we get our refunds for winter quarter?

it is almost always the first day of classes, refunds should disperse 1/6/24 as per the website :D

Financial aid goes out the 28th, but the REFUND won’t hit until the 6th. There is a difference between the disbursement and the refund.

The first day of distribution was supposed to be today and if you didn’t get it then you should by January 6th

You won’t ever get your disbursement before the first day of classes. It’s usually the first week. Day one is when they release it to the bank and should usually take 1-3 days to process into your bank depending on what bank you have.

Is disbursements / refunds the additional money u get back from FAFSA? That doesn’t apply to everybody correct?

It’s leftover money that you get after your tuition is paid for for the quarter.
