Why does this wrong reference get the most upvotes?
The raining piano thing was a running gag for the Morris Marina, on Top Gear. Mazza Biturbo was featured in The Grand Tour, and no falling pianos.

You’re right and wrong. The Biturbo was featured on Top Gear in the Maserati episode where he spins out some million pound Maser GP car. And in that episode, he drops a dumpster on the Biturbo. You’re correct about the pianos being the ongoing Morris Marina gag, but it’s in the spirit of dropping things on hateful cars, so I think in the context it still works.

They are all Biturbos, it happened when Fiat didn't have money to make a new Maserati, so they just rebadged all the Biturbos
