I think the Black Sea in Ukraine (or maybe Turkey ig) is also pretty deep

Isn't, like, 7 countries have access to this sea? Russia surely does, so is Georgia, Bulgaria, Romania and (half-independent) South Ossetia.

Moldova has a sea port on the Danube river that connects to the Black Sea. So they kinda have access
