Stick with it. 30m 14years experience. Don’t hesitate to leave for greener pastures. Last job I was at 120k a year. Current gig will be 175-200k

I feel ya man. I need to figure out a better career than this. While I don’t hate it I will hate it if I have to do it for 40+ years for mediocre pay.

Im a machinist in the medical device field. Some guys in my shop clear 100k in a LCOL area. Did you go to trade school?

Idk how much overlap there is between what you do and being an aerospace machinist, but I feel like we make a lot more, maybe you’d be able to get into that already being a machinist?
