OH my an here I was wanting to pull on part 3, 2 days left to get the extra drops from blackbeard, Other than that, the rewards r pretty nice 4x llr tickets

thats a bit unfair if you have people waiting on Part 3 and 4 to pull, they will have less time and no boosted units for the first few days.. meh

Everyone will have access to at least the 50% drop units (F2P strawhats).
Plus... we have 50% meats on snails, 3x exp ship, and meat facility.
"Less time"? Well... perhaps if this event needs like 2k stamina per day, but I doubt it.

Yes less time, because if you don't have the boosted units from the beginning you only have 2 days and you really would need to grind to get to 200.
Well yeah... but how is that a fair comparison to guaranteed 1x or 2x drop units that people are getting if they go after 20th Multi Snakeman and Katakuri tomorrow when the event + Anniversary starts?
Don't get me wrong, sure it's doable without any of those units and just F2P but it still seems a bit unfair that people are able to benefit massively from this and others not so much.
There is just no way around this that Bandai kinda fucked this up.
Edit: The fair thing to do would be releasing all 4 Parts at the same time.. simple.

No, you have 7. Nothing's stopping you from grinding earlier. Especially considering we're getting on average 2.5 meats every day + 1 more meat from PF every 4 days. We're drowning in stamina.
Anyways, don't forget everyone's getting free multis on the Sugo, plus you can use friends. A full F2P team with friend Anni Legend gets 5 extra drops on average. A "P2P" team with new batch + Anni Legend captains get 8 extra drops on average. 5 vs 8, it's not nearly as bad as you think. Especially if the island itself drops say 5 of them at a time, then it's a comparison of 10 vs 13. You're only doing a few more runs without pulling.
Bandai intentionally "fucked up" not this event, but the fact that parts 3&4 drop later, because they know very few people can wait 6 extra days during Anni for a guaranteed BB - as in, if people want BB, they better pay up. This event? Please. You do like 30 runs if you pay vs 40 runs if you don't. Not a big deal.

Of course you have the full days, but if you don't want to grind the whole day (or more) depending how this is going you will have TWO DAYS with full boosted units. Thought this was kinda obvious what I was aiming at.
Other than that I totally agree with you, lets see how runs are going without the units, maybe you are right.
Edit: But good point, they rather fucked up the Sugo structure with Part 3 and 4 than the Treasure Hunt event.

A bit unfair yes, but that's not kinda fucked up. It's all intended. They usually left the best (or one of the best) part of a big sugo to the last dates. They know a lot of people can't wait too long, spend their gems maybe not getting all they want and the, they buy more gems cause they don't have enough to go hard on that sweet last part.
As said, not fair but it's all about money.

whats is the differences between the ticket from 1 Treasure Key Map Piece and for example the 150 Treasure Key Map Pieces ?

Gold or Better means you'll pull a 4* at minimum... likely won't pull anything better, but RNG and all that means you could.
LRR means it's a guaranteed limited rare recruit... units you can't get outside of special banners and tickets.
Red Tickets are the ones with 6*.
(Note that some tickets do have a limited pool, so tickets can vary on just what you're able to pull... no idea on what these ones have.)
