If the manga feels confusing I suggest reading it a little slower. Some people tend to just read speech bubble to speech bubble glancing at the panels. I would suggest really looking at each panel before moving onto the next. Get a sense of the scene.

She is still with strawhats, but not with pre-alabasta strawhats.
