Yeah, there is a scene transition at the end of the chapter. The broadcast will continue next chapter, just skip the reveal related to D.

Yeah, same thought. The broadcast will resume for sure, it might even be at the same place. In my mind there's no way Vegapunk doesn't have a backup.

What if he does have a backup, but since he doesn't know when the broadcast got cut off, he has to repeat the entire thing again?

It started playing at the same time as the first one but doesn't go live until it detects the interruption
