Yeah. For many people the reason for sharing historical tragedies is to justify their actions/views about certain countries in the present, but apparently it’s not to try and avoid a repeat of the same tragedies in the present day. The hypocrisy is blindingly glaring

Last time someone attacked America like that we invaded multiple nations and killed thousands of people (civilians included unfortunately).
