Mod Answered Transferring Moderation

If I am the moderator of the subreddit and my account got banned permanently then, how to transfer that subreddit to another person ?

You don't. The new moderator would need to request it through r/redditrequest (assuming there were no other moderators on the subreddit other than the account that was banned permanently by Reddit).

But, new moderator can request through redditrequest only once in 15 days, if I could get my a/c unbanned for only 1 day then, I will transfer all my moderation
