Translation from Nazi: "As my racist buddies at the Human Biodiversity Institute say, Blacks are good for Basket, but we need Asians because they're good in maths."

I think his problem is that no one wants to work for a shitty company that physically murders you for shit pay

u/kurotech 1d ago
And no one wants to work at a dead end job with no real hope for advancement even if they make ok or even decent wages. Hell I worked in a distillery and made above what's even the average in my area but I was going to be stuck in a position that was being moved over an hours drive away from where I worked so that made the decision for me to leave for me. It's not just about how much you make it's the commute the benefits hell the work itself if any one of those things doesn't balance out then the job just isn't worth it

Are there less Americans who are qualified because they're not qualified, or is it because they no longer choose the field because of all the offshoring?

It could also be that he prefers H1Bs because he can push them around/work them to the bone while paying them shit wages because of the treat of them being sent home if they lose employment. A lot of companies do this.

Yes of course that’s what he’ll do. Pay them less, keep them indentured servants forever.

Eh…poor translation. It’s more like “American workers demand things like rights, 40 hour work weeks, and healthy working conditions. H1B workers don’t because if they’re fired or quit, they have only 2 months to find a new job or go home. In this economy? Hah! Good luck! So we can make them work 60-80 hours per week, or make them do unethical or unhealthy things, and they won’t complain or file a lawsuit. Because if they do, we will fire them and find someone else to replace them, and a lawsuit usually takes longer than 2 months to go through”

Just like when we were told there is a dire shortage of teachers?
There is no dire shortage of workers. There are payroll and benefits shortages that cause workers to leave that field.
The Oligarchy is trying to justify importing immigrants for poverty wages to replace tech bros.
The tech bros that are all on layoffs right now because they were "not motivated enough" I guess?

Elon, the guy who says we don't need school or the department of education, is wondering why there aren't very many engineers? What an idiot! Engineers need to go to school to be qualified. There are no "homeschooled" engineers. If you don't graduate with proof you have science and math expertise, nobody will believe you can make anything that won't break down and kill people. School is extremely expensive. Most Americans can barely manage the essentials. Therefore, less people will become engineers because of the broken financial state of America. Elon's solution? Just cope until fascism makes Elon King and he will think about fixing it maybe if it's profitable to do so. Yeah, that won't fix the problem either.

The guy literally says “College is overrated” then complains there aren’t enough college educated Americans.

Eugenics are the bedrock of Nazi ideology, we shouldn't be surprised that he believes this crap.

How about investing in STEM in a meaningful way to actually produce more US scientists, engineers, etc.?

They don’t want to train. Full stop. This is a major issue with most companies right now. They want plug and play.

It's almost like we should have been pouring a crap ton of money into education in this country instead of starving it and turning them all into dumb, fat, maga goons.

He and his team are not the far right. He's literally being eaten alive by rightwing twitter right now for wanting to bring in Indian engineers instead of giving the jobs to Americans.

He’s a moron who couldn’t engineer himself a ham sandwich much less anything else. He sucks at everything which just goes to show the power and privilege that comes with being rich.

If Elroy made a sandwich the way his company makes the CyberEdsel, he'd starve to death.

They're far-right. They're also willing to exploit the lackluster job market in India so that they can get cheaper labor

u/Illustrious_Ice_4587 1d ago
What I'm seeing people say is that he wants that, at the "expense of the white population" with speed running mass legal migration. So maybe it's more about power and money.

He sure has some direct influence on the country for not being American then. I'm basing this on the far right reaction in twitter. Of which are making this about race, and him wanting to welcome people of color, Indians.

u/Illustrious-Tap3530 1d ago
'Far right' is something different than 'rightwing'...
3
u/Illustrious_Ice_4587 1d ago
I meant to clarify, that a lot of the rightwing, but pretty much all of the far right (like Nick Fuentes) is turning against him
