Stop car from disconnecting charger when unlocked

Hi all,

Any electric owners know how to stop the car from disconnecting from my car charger when I unlock the car?

Getting rather annoying now because I have the car key in my apple wallet ie when I get close to the car it unlocks the charger and stops the charge. If I don’t realise it has unlocked then I dont get any charge. First annoying thing I’ve seen with this car.

My J01 just starts charging again when I go away from the car.

Did you set that the plug will be automatically unlocked when charging stops? If yes: change it.

Ah tbh I didn’t even think of this so will need to try that.

No I have not enabled the Auto Unlock option, before posting here I disabled anything that looked like it has the potential to stop the charge!

I will try as you say and report back. Strange behaviour however if it stops and starts as unlock/lock the car mid charge

It's totally wrong. I advise you to go to the nearest dealership to check for the software. It should not disconnect when it is unlocked if the charge targer is not reached. If it is, check the charge settings on the control panel.
