So here's a random one...Counter weights.
I went outside this morning and noticed what looked like a counter weight laying on the driveway. I went to inspect my wheels and sure enough, some of these have started to fall off. Now, it may be a silly question, but does losing these things mean, or will cause, any issue?

Also make sure your wheels are washed and the residue from the previous weights are properly removed. Some garages just slap the new ones on top of old foam residue and dirt and fall off on the end of the street

go back to the shop that installed your tires and politely let them know your weights are falling off. If it's a good shop they'll recheck for no charge. I worked as a tire tech for many years and this happens. The inside of the wheel gets really grimy making it hard to stick the weights. We always try to clean and wipe the area before sticking them but sometimes they don't stick very well. Some wheel weight suppliers have good ones that stick on anything and others are crap. And if the wheel is cold when trying to stick them, that also causes frustration.

If enough fall off you’ll probably start to feel some vibrations at higher speeds, you’d just have to take it back to a tyre shop to be rebalanced, it’s very cheap

They keep the tire balanced. You'll have a vibration at certain speeds. The stick on ones, like the ones you've got, tend to fall off after a while. I try to use shops that use the old school pound on type.

If the wheel was prepped properly the weights should never fall off on their own.

They've almost always fallen off everytime I've had them used. Usually in winter when the glue hardens. It does happen.

I guess saying never was a little exaggerated, it certainly can happen. It doesn't matter what kind of sticky weight you use, they don't always stick well to cold metal.

Poor wheel balance can /does cause uneven tyre wear may also cause a vibration while driving , balancing is normally pretty cheap so suggest you get it done
