Reason for the borrow is that I am short for rent (due as of the first of this month), the property owner is charging exorbitant fees that i cannot fulfill as a result and have exhausted all options to try to remedy the situation before it turns into legal action.

I'm currently playing a game of catch up after a sudden job switch (which pays a lot more than my previous.) Today I was hit by two overdraft caused by a pending gas station transaction that held way more than the amount of the actual transaction, resulting in negative funds when the overdrafted items pulled.
