Possibility of rain at Linkin Park concert in Feb
I'm planning to visit Jakarta for the Linkin Park concert scheduled for Feb 16 at the GBK Madya stadium. However, basic research on internet shows that it is peak rain season in Indonesia Feb. I'm not sure if the frequency or the intensity of the rainfall. Or even about the venue facilities. Can someone guide me on this and possible impact of the rains on the concert? Also how will be the rain in Bali and other parts of Indonesia, if I decide to plan a week long tour? For context, I'll be travelling from Mumbai, India and it rains heavily and kinda continuously here during peak rains, hence the worry. TIA

peak rainy season usually in January - Februari in whole Indonesia. So theres a big possibility that there will be rain during the concert.
however the concert will happen in literally the center of Jakarta's business district (Senayan) which is having the top infrastructure to prevent floods and other kind of disaster.

Thanks. I'm not so worried about flooding and such. Just the concert and travel experience, since I'll be with my spouse and we would like it to be a good memory as our first overseas concert and trip together.

everything is depends on your perspective right? Some people might see rain as something romantic, while others might see it as troublesome.

Haha. Totally agree. What I meant was would it lead to problems like difficulty in finding cabs or good places to eat at certain time of day, etc. Also can please tell whether it rains continuously or is it intermittent, with some sunlight as well in Jakarta and around Bali, etc during that time period?

January until February is the peak rainy season in Jakarta. During peak it's not as heavy as Mumbai, but it's very close.
