What is the main difference between Baghdad dolma and dolma in Erbil? My husbandโ€™s mom is Turkmen, and Iโ€™ve only had other Turkmenโ€™s dolma. Iโ€™ve made it myself also. She uses meat, rice, onion, garlic, and tomato paste for the filling. She cooks the dolma in sumac water.
