Why does there seem to be such a strong rape culture in India? Like way worse than other countries with a similar level of development.

Instead of pointing fingers, let's work on these issues.. if the US is also unhinged doesn't make it okay to be in the same boat. Every country has an unimaginable crime that you'll eventually hear about, meaning the country aspect is likely irrelevant at this point, it's a deeper rooted issue in human behavior.
