Anyone for a trip to Ireland?

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '24

Sudden realization of my love for Ireland!

u/rickysunnyvale Jun 01 '24

I think it was last world cup when you would have such positive news from the Irish supporters doing all sorts of good deeds. Just a nice bunch of people having a good time.

There was one video where other supporters dented a car roof and the Irish supporters fixed it. They were all chanting “fix the car for the boys in green” and when they got the dent out they all started cheering. Very wholesome

Once this place turns to complete shit… I’m taking my gains from the market crash and going to Ireland or somewhere with a moral compass

6

u/Jadefalkon Jun 01 '24

I would love to live in Ireland.

6

u/rickysunnyvale Jun 01 '24

I was just thinking ireland would be a great place to live if you have a government who speaks out against such atrocities. Seems like it would be obvious to think this way but reality showed me otherwise.

The only positive about this situation is that it’s clear which governments are corrupt, untrustworthy and fucked in the head.

Wow! They actually have politicians that serve the people rather than scums like Smug Sunak 🤮

2

u/Volcano_Jones Jun 01 '24

I just went in March. Beautiful country, incredible people! I'd move there in a second if I could afford it.

The Irish know all about occupation and genocide. The passion of this man is palpable, hat off to Ireland!

Thomas Gould TD, Sinn Féin Deputy for Cork North Central, becomes emotional over the death of children in Gaza, appearing to week over the weekend missile strike on Rafah that left "a child with no head." He shouts aloud: "I hope Benjamin Netanyahu burns in Hell in the same way those children burned."

Very powerful and not an ounce is a lie

u/Expensive-Whole-5053 Jun 01 '24

Pisrael will fall for the atrocities they have committed on our brothers and sisters of humanity. Pray for the people of Rafah and Gaza. Palestine will be Free 🇵🇸

u/ColinCookie Jun 01 '24

If Israel suffered a quarter of what they've done to Gaza in the last 9 months we'd have to hear about it for the next century but somehow it's acceptable for them to do kill thousands and continue to do it with little repercussions.

7

u/shnanagins Jun 01 '24

Want to know how? U.S. political corruption………

1

u/ColinCookie Jun 05 '24

This but more importantly religious fundamental ideology.

53

u/lesstalkmorescience Jun 01 '24

We need to paint Israel with this shame forever. This is who they are. They avenged 2000 by killing 35000 and starving an entire nation. Most of the children from this generation of Gazans will grow up physically and emotionally stunted. They are our generation's Nazis.

24

u/danyyyel Jun 01 '24

It is 1200 for nearly 40 000 now.

11

u/lookaway123 Jun 01 '24

It's far higher than 40000. Operational morgues and hospitals haven't been able to officially process deaths and provide the death certificates needed for the official count for months. There are thousands of dead Palestinians bulldozed and vaporized who will never be able to be counted because their bodies are gone. We won't know an official death count until outside agencies confirm how many Palestinians can't be found.

The mass die off from starvation, and disease has begun. The children are dying of hunger. There are no functioning maternity wards left.

695 were civilians, rest were IDF. A lot of the civilians were killed by the IDF accidentally in the crossfire and intentionally as per the Hannibal directive.

Bibi definitely has confirmed my belief in the existence of hell. That’s the only place he deserves to go.

11

u/intendeddebauchery Jun 01 '24

He needs to go to super hell

5

u/lookaway123 Jun 01 '24

He needs to be air dropped into Gaza with as many resources as the Palestinians have. And then let the Gazans know who's graced them with his presence.

26

u/RogerianBrowsing Jun 01 '24

Believing that hell exists as a punishment for people who harm and oppress, especially if for bigoted reasons, is something I’ve turned to as a long time atheist open to agnosticism to get me through these evils as a coping mechanism.

If hell exists, surely that’s part of the admission criteria

1

u/Irr3sponsibl3 Jun 27 '24

It’s up to humanity to pursue justice where the cosmos won’t, but yes, on a rational level people like Netanyahu validate the existence of Hell

23

u/stupid-adcarry Jun 01 '24

They know a thing or two about how colonialism and genocide fucks up the local population

20

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '24

Wow that was from his soul. I felt that man's disgust.

17

u/RebelliousInNature Jun 01 '24

Bravo, Sir.

Genuine reaction, and not glib, smug, piss on your leg and tell you it’s raining, typical political denial.

Refreshing.

u/Public_Nectarine4193 Jun 01 '24 edited Jun 01 '24

Wow, he could get removed from a news type community for those comments... News admins are a bit bias there. Solid words from the leader of a country that has seen occupation.

4

u/Far_Silver Jun 01 '24

Not just occupation, but starvation in a man-made famine. The British took Irish crops (other than the potato), meat, milk, and eggs for themselves. That's why so many Irish people starved when the potato crop failed. Farms on the island were still churning plenty of food, but it was going to Britain.

Also, shame on Biden, whose ancestors came to America to escape that.

9

u/hxpxh Jun 01 '24

He’s vocalized what I’m sure many people feel looking at the horrors of this genocide. It is a great tragedy and a shame for all of humanity.

2

u/notyourbrobro10 Jun 01 '24

For real he felt what I felt.

7

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '24 edited Jun 01 '24

Israelis don't actually think their God exists. If they did they would be very worried for their eternal souls and they're not. Because if it does exist, they're all going to burn.

8

u/UltraMegaFauna Jun 01 '24

Wish I could have been Irish instead of Irish-American.

15

u/TrippleTonyHawk Jun 01 '24

It's times like these that I think the concepts of heaven, hell and God's judgment were invented to give people a false sense that there will be justice in another world after we die to make up for the complete lack of justice here.

6

u/elqrd Jun 01 '24

I am honestly considering moving to Ireland. What a spine, what an integrity.

5

u/UnfinishedMemory Jun 01 '24

Maybe norries ain't so bad after all

5

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '24

the chills I got, just so good to hear a politician just say it like it is,

6

u/lookaway123 Jun 01 '24

SAOIRSE DON PHALAISTIN!!

3

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '24

Oh he’ll definitely burn in hell. For eternity. May God curse him and his supporters.

3

u/HikmetLeGuin Jun 01 '24

I may not be religious, but if there is any justice in this universe, Netanyahu will not be able to get away with his atrocities.

I appreciate this politician's emotions. Most politicians in the West seem to have very few feelings about the genocide that is happening. They can just view things in a cold, almost psychopathic manner where human beings are just pawns on a chessboard or resources like coal or iron, to be used up however the ruling class likes. Some of it is racism, because Palestinians aren't fully human to them.

I'm glad to see that this man genuinely feels for those who are suffering and understands what that means on a deeper level.

u/notyourbrobro10 Jun 01 '24

Please Ireland, if you have a Navy PLEASE I'm begging you go handle that shit! Somebody has to help

Ultimate justice and accountability come from God; I have heard that He has a special place for those who are cruel to children and spill the blood of innocent.

1

u/tooskinttogotocuba Jun 01 '24

Netanyahu, like Putin, is emblematic of the complete collapse of sensible diplomacy and governance in the West in favour of openly courting extreme wealth. See also Saudi Arabia. The current assemblage of ghouls purporting to be the government of Israel shouldn’t ever have been allowed anywhere near power, because almost nobody voted for them and they love all this nihilistic shit

1

u/legendario85 Jun 02 '24

Why the room looks so empty?? Is that the congress??

Without context I would assume that you mean Thomas Gould. Looking at your profile it becomes clear that you don't but maybe you want to edit that comment.

Sadly, if there is a god, it gets off on dead children so netanyahu will be received with open arms.
