Exactly. That is why the war crime is endangering civilian lives by attacking an adversary from civilian areas.
1 u/tom-branch Mar 01 '24 Its also blowing up civilians, both are war crimes, particularly when you have leveled 70% of buildings in an entire region and left millions displaced. Both Hamas and the IDF are commiting war crimes.
