Are the numbers similar for Han people living in Tebet that can speak Tebeten?

I'd also love to see how many white Amerikkkans can speak an indigenous language.

China has only recently been attacking the Tibetan language the whole point of efforts by western activists is to prevent what happened to Native American languages from happening to the Tibetan language.
