What is this helmet?

Hello everyone,

What year is this helmet from? It seems to be signed by Bobby Rahal. I don’t know if it’s legit.

Googled Flexjet. They are, in summary, a private jet service. I would assume that the Rahal team used them to fly to different races or something. They are also based in Ohio and until recently, that's where Rahal had their headquarters.

It was Team Rahal from 1996-2004

Guessing an off-the-shelf helmet used as a giveaway/gift for that sponsor. Maybe some sort of event away from an Indycar weekend.
