How do I rank up so I can drive with people the same skill level? I keep getting rookies that don't know the controls or the rules.

I don't laugh that hard very often, but this one hit the spot. First down, one player has been disqualified.

Don't offsetting penalties in football usually result in replaying the down?

Yes. The official would say "replay" or "still first down."

That's not how offsetting penalties work. You'd replay the down.

Yeah, it should really just say "Penalties offset, replay first down"

Sounds like a classic case of too many cooks in the kitchen. When everyone thinks they're the star, chaos is bound to happen.

But why is the woman described as a speeder and the guy is a drunk driver, when they're both high? Or was he also drinking, on top of the meth?
