Health & Fitness Healthy bedtime routine, accountability partner wanted!

I’m a 33-year-old male medical student, and I’ve realized that having a consistent, healthy bedtime routine is something I really need to work on. I struggle with insomnia and know that limiting screen time before bed is crucial, but it’s tough to stay on track alone. So, I’d like to create a small accountability group—either one-on-one or 3-4 people max—where we help each other stick to healthy, productive bedtime routines, including cutting down on screen time.

In this group, we could:
