Health & Fitness 1200-1400 calories and excercise 3-4x a week.

hello, i am looking for a buddy who will eat 1200-1500 calories and exercise 3-4x a week with me. i want to be SKINNY and physically strong. i am interested in various exercises like dumbbell workouts, home workouts, maybe gym too, sports?. i want to focus on healthy meals.

i am 21 and also interested in kpop, so we can talk about that if you are interested. i also want to get better at hairstyling and makeup, and japanese. (im just listing these to see if we have any other common interests!).

I think you should be careful, that's not enough calories per day for an adult.

I heard 1200-1500 is fine and I’m 5”0

You should be eating atleast 1600kcal per day, that too only if you really need to lose weight fast. Even that might be too little if you're going to be doing a lot of exercise, etc. Take care of your health!

You don’t know their weight so that could most likely be within their calorie deficit given their height as well
