Saw the Rt 309 and figured it would be you guys. Usually see that in the Porsche forum where I spend more time…

Man those shifts are quick. Always thought my FF shifted somewhat slowly. That 812 rips through the gears. Shame on you for downshifting before the overpass though. Gotta get that echo going.

No matter how bad of a day I'm having, getting in my 812 always makes it better! Too bad it's parked for the winter!!!

I love the sound of the 812, but I was told rather emphatically by a collector that the 458 is the correct Ferrari for a first time buyer. What do you think?

u/SirTony76 812 Nov 19 '24
Ha. Buy what you like and whatever makes you happy not what some other guy thinks you should have. 458 is a great choice though!

Totally. I was just curious if others agreed with that sentiment. Seems like you’re very happy with the 812!

“Twelve-cylinder growl when I push through the lanes, Turn the key, and it roar like it’s fueled by disdain.
Ferrari red vibes, but the horses untamed, I’m the type to let it gallop while they stuck in the rain.”
Thank you so much for blessing my day with that sound
I appreciate you

What a beautiful sound! There is nothing else like a V12 from Ferrari.

What an awesome sound. It needs to be kept from idiots but too many get their hands on one anyway. Now I see why a good many of them end up hitting wall.

Does the car have an automatic feature, and if not, does it have a clutch?

Easy there officer, I’m sure this person was well under the speed limit.

Dang that is surprisingly slow!

10 second cars are definitely a bit run of the mill with how easily power can be made with today’s tech. So you’re not wrong.
It’s the ambience AND decor that make these special now.
I have multiple vehicles that would outrun this in a straight line, but none of that really matters because they aren’t named Ferrari.
