Maybe the mods allow him to self-promote for whatever reason?

Because the rules clearly state "No self-promotion without mod approval".

it really is a great one, I just always relate it to BAR and forget that honda ran it for a year too before switching to their earth liveries

Very cool and so, but it seems too Moneygram Haas-like imo. It could be the colours, maybe the name as well. Imo F1 needs more flashy, eye-catching liveries. But that doesn't mean I don't like it, I've seen your liveries passing by and they are all bangers
