My portugués is non existent. So I can’t tell if he’s adopting them or just giving them food and shelter for a while.

He is just giving food, not adopting. Maybe he works for a shelter or just likes dogs a lot, but from the video thats it. Thats plenty, I guess… it is more than I can do. Hope he keeps doing this.

This. I wanted to see where the dogs wound up at the end. It’s a nice gesture and all, but it ultimately doesn’t save these dogs who are clearly capable of being homed.
Feeding them is great, and anyone can do it. Everyone should do it. (Even better, helping out your local Trap-Neuter-Release program so there aren’t so many homeless pets running around.) But the real heroes are the ones who shelter, foster, and adopt the animals in need. These are the people who make my job possible.
It saddens me greatly seeing stuff like this championed while fosters don’t rate a Dodo feature (yes, there are exceptions, but they don’t get the attention this stuff does).
These sorts of posts aren’t eye bleach at all for some of us.
