IMO, it's never a good idea to ask voters if they have ever heard of your candidate. Far better to say, I'm campaigning for Ms. Candidate for President and the like.

"Have you ever heard of [Nice Person]?" was part of a campaign script for a state legislative candidate I phoned for years ago, and I cringed inside every time I said it.

For state legislature I can kind of see it being an effective tactic. Probably a solid chunk of voters have no idea who any of the candidates are and are just picking at random. The person who wins the presidential election always has 100% name recognition though.

I would’ve gone with “Unfortunately.”

Possibly lunch with her cabinet and political advisors if elected?

Jill Stein has canvassers? If she actually has a campaign organization it's likely made up of bitter BernieBros and MAGAts.
