Does anybody else have this quilt quirk?

Since I was young, I have needed a quilt to fall asleep. It needs to be cold and I need to run my fingers along the corners until I warm them or I can’t sleep. As I’ve gotten older, I can sleepover friends places without doing this, but I always feel like something is missing and it takes me significantly longer to fall asleep.

There are specific quilts that are best. Currently one from Target is my go to and my partner has purchased one for their apartment for me.

My friends know about it and I’m not ashamed about it at all. I’m sure there is some type of reason I do it but I really don’t care. I’m curious if anyone does something similar?

quilts are fantastic. They seem to weighted perfectly. They cling around your body enough but not too much. They can be layered. The heavier ones are the best. I have tried a weighted blanket but I think it was too heavy and started giving me back pains. Quilts keep you warm without trapping the heat to an uncomfortable level but also amazingly allow you to sleep cool. They can be used all year around.

My fondness of quilts is in both their magnificient artistry and comfort, breathability, weight etc.

I use them for all seasons and my sleep is defintely better for it.

Oh, it's a Q, not a G. Was worried about a guilt quirk in order to go to sleep. Yeah, quilts are great when it's not too hot for me.
