2011 dodge grand caravan

I just bought this van and the car was reading a p0300 and a p0303. I found out it was the head gasket was cracked. I got the engine replaced. While the shop was fixing it I had a transmission fluid leak of about 6 quarts they found out it was the gasket seal on the pan and replaced it. Now my car is misfiring again and throwing a p0300 again and it gets really bad in the rain but when it's sunny its fine. What could be my problem?

That screams cam sensor or cam sensor wiring to me

It's being very jerky when I takeoff from lights so could it be the spark plug wires?

11 grand caravan had coil on plug for sure but coils could cause it

Or maybe the transmission? I'll have my mechanic look at it Monday when he's open again

I don't belive 11s had plug wires i thought they switched to coil on plug by then What engine do you have
