Recommendation Request Recommendation request: Mongol Empire ( Genghis Khan)

I'm fascinated by the Mongol Empire and I'm looking to dive deeper into its history. I'm seeking recommendations for documentaries, and other resources that can provide a comprehensive understanding of this vast and influential empire.

Dan Carlin’s Hardcore History podcast series. Mostly about conquest/military though

He's got a YouTube channel with video to go along with the pod. The newer episodes are really good. I can't believe how for his pod is

A new Fall of Civ?! Can't wait to watch! Btw, did you know Fall of Civ has videos on YouTube?

Also, I got the book for my birthday. If you want to support Paul Cooper, buying his book as a gift is a good way to do it.

Great courses on Amazon prime has a 24 episode lecture series on the Mongol empire. And similar, highly recommended.

Highly recommend anything history related from Great Courses. Modern arab history course and China in the 20th century in particular.

Have you seen the movie "Mongol"? Not a documentary but fact-based historical movie

As much as we all love documentaries, books / audio books and college lectures are where it’s at for history.

Phenomenal book on this too! It's actually nuts how misrepresented that empire is.
