You can give them Chinese couplets(春联) and red envelopes(红包). Couplets usually contain traditional Chinese blessings, and you can check shopping websites(temu or amazon) to see if you can buy them. The amount of money in the red envelope can depend on the region your friends are from in China, but generally, it's around 100 RMB (about 13 USD).
