ASK THE SUB Ways to buy hello kitty things without supporting it

My friend for secret Santa asked for anything hello kitty and I got them for secret Santa, js there a way to get any hello kitty themed things in good condition without supporting sanrio

....Sanrio is on the BDS ???! I think Facebook marketplace maybe or any second hand platform ? In Europe there's vinted..

Both Nintendo and Sanrio come out ok on Boycat. I’m not sure how Nintendo would even be on there - I used to work there and we had nothing to do with Israel?

They partnered with hello kitty on animal crossing and sanrio has many stores and such in Israel as seen here

That’s really disappointing to see, thank you for sharing. Not justifying Nintendo or anything but Hello Kitty being in Animal Crossing would have been in play even before 07.10; those games took a year and a half to even translate let alone design and put together. It wouldn’t have been something they could U Turn out of.

One thought is you could pay an artist (painter, crocheter, etc) to make a hello kitty thing since they usually don't pay royalties

nice! just be aware that fees add up but usually if you make an offer/ dm the seller many are willing to negotiate on a price! unless it's like super trendy and marked up. but you can also combine listings if it's the same seller

Not sure about the condition of products, but I suggest taking a look at Ebay, if you haven't already. I was just on the site looking for other plushies and saw a bunch of Hello Kitty ones.

Abstinence is the best way to support but if you really have to. I'd say secondhand or if someone needed a gift Idea for you
