It’s good that someone mentioned about Tango as a few months ago, I asked if Tango was a good alternative but got no response.

I'm not 100% sure about it, but I haven't seen it on any of the BDS sites so until I do I guess it's ok.

tango is owned by britvic, which are the main bottlers in the UK for a wide range of pepsi-co drinks

take the chance to switch to something else entirely. Coca cola will obliterate your oral and general health.

idk about where you live but a lot of supermarkets in the UK have their own off brand cola, it's also cheaper as well :)

Leave it now when it's the opportunity. Switch to water. One can of 33cl cola contains 10 sugar cubes (appx. 50g), twice the amount of your daily sugar intake. Artificial sweeteners aren't good either, they're proven to be potentially carcinogenic, if not outright one. If you drink it for caffeine, switch to more natural options like Coffee or Tea.
edit: I stopped drinking all kinds of colas by switching to coffee and tea to reduce my caffeine intake.

Shasta’s my go-to, especially because they reliably have Grape and a Dr. Pepper substitute in stock in my area! Just in case anyone didn’t know, the owners/founders of Dr. Pepper are staunch Zionists and routinely donate to Israel. Cut them out of my normal soda stockpile when I found that out. Doctor Shasta’s the ethical (and sweeter) alternative.

It really depends on where you live. I know about RC Cola for the US, Gaza Cola in London (and Im Bru for the rest of England + Scotland), Palestine Cola sell in the UK and I believe Sweden. Faygo is also an option in some parts of the US and Canada. The Turkish brand Ülker makes its own cola, called Cola Turka that's sold in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark and Bosnia.
If you live in a country that hasn't been ratf*cked by capitalism yet, you can most definitely find local alternatives that don't have ties with the State of Israel. If your city has an Arab market or grocery store, there's a chance you can find non-boycotted soft drinks there.
If you're out of options, consider looking up ways to replicate the recipe online. The simplest way I think would be to buy cola syrup from a safe brand, mix it with soda water and add some extra flavoring as you wish (like with zest, cinnamon, honey, nutmeg etc).

I'm in the USA and there's a Mexican soda drink called Jarritos that's also pretty cheap

I just went shopping and tried everything there on the NoThanks app. Literally not a single cola alternative in my grocery store. Pretty lame but worth it on an individual level. Now, idk how family and guests are gonna feel about it for holidays and what not which sucks, but maybe just try juices and seltzers for now

Coca Cola is not on the BDS boycott list and their boycott list being small is intentional.
This sub should focus on actual BDS.

I did not know about this article but it still does not change the fact that it is not on the main BDS list.
Everyone should definitely try to boycott more than the official list but pushing more random boycotts in the community can actually harm the movement more than benefit it.

https://x.com/BDSmovement/status/1861742530926108980 here they tweeted it out. I get you r point but even Hasan Piker talked about the coke boycott yesterday. So its pretty legit.

Oh, this is a new thing then, interesting. Thanks for the link.
I will fully switch to Pepsi but even that is not that much better :/ and there are not many alternatives...

IDK where you live but I will mostly recommend you your local supermarket brands, and there also should be alternatives in any country.
For Belgium and Germany I can mostly recommend Whole Earth Cola, Fritz-Cola and Ritchie Cola
In EU territory you can also find more indie soda brands at your organic stores/supermarkets.
Also make sure to check if the soda brand isn't owned by nestle, I'm not sure if they support Israel, they probably do though nestle is shit anyways.

In the US Faygo is safe according to the Dissocupied website. And they have all kinds of interesting flavors that other brands don’t have

In USA, I use Faygo Cola or RC Cola. UK has much more options like Palestine cola and others
