What to do in saarbrücken this weekend?

Hi all, I'll be in saarbrücken from tomorrow to the 31st, anything worth noticing happening this weekend?

It's a small city with not a lot to offer to tourists, but you have some options:

Daytime : 1) Take a train to Völkingen and visit the museum (former iron factory) there: https://voelklinger-huette.org/ It's free if you are a student , and they have nice visual installations.

2) Vist the Moderne Art Gallerie & Stadtgallerie in the city center

3) Go for a walk at Wildpark , along the Staden or at DFG.

4) If you like Arabic food, you can go to Malstatt and eat at one of many arabic restaurants there

Nighttime:

1) You can visit the bars in Nauwieser Viertel at the infamous Bermuda triangle.

2) Old Murphy is an Irish pub frequented by English speakers. Stube 8 & Synop are also good alternatives.

3) Wand Gallery and Hunter Thompson are hybrid bar-club places where you pay a bit at the entrance. They have live djs playing all the night ( mostly house).

4) If you like techno & clubbing, Silodom & Mauerpfeffer the two options.

5) If you don't like techno, Garage, Havana & Blau play other stuffs.
