Thanks for replying. In fact, I am not trying to import vegetable from Angola. We are seeing the same thing as you mentioned: the price of the vegetable at Angola is high, then some orgarniztions behind me (some univercities, professors and students) are looking at the opptunaties to provide service, including high quality seeds and advanced skilling for agriculture, to feed Africa people well and also to build some biz. Just wanted to find out who may need this.
you are right, the goverment relationship is very important. It is challenges for everyone. To my experience, if we can't change the system, then the best we should do is to accept it, get used to it , and use it (if possible...)
about the animals, yes my friends told me they need to pay to see,. and as well as the work permit. The work permit for foreigners is expensive there...
So you familiar with Africa very much~~ you visited those countries a lot? and you also wanted to run a farm... May I ask what do you do now? no offense, just curious...

You really have a great vision.. sounds like a very senior editor, or Economist...
Africa is a wonder place and full of big potentials, and even people outside of Africa is trying to help and develop. and want to make her better. Angola also deserves such development opportunities. like below, you mentioned about the tomato, so I want to show below to you. If anyone want to do this in Angola, then maybe he can consider this?

Bengo has farms that are rich in vegetables and already developed , Cuanza Sul is also filled with developed farms involving many sectors, Cuanza Norte is currently developing and is currently producing a large quantity of cacao and coffee beans, Huila has exotic fruits which aren’t as typical for the Angolan climate such as strawberries and I couldn’t tell you much apart from that.

2. If the farms like to grow some Asian high value exotic fruits/vegetables, some universities behind us can provide support, including the seeds, and human resource ( professors and students to support)

Depends on the products. There farms almost in every province, however if you had the opportunity to be in Luanda you should start looking at Bengo (the Capital of Banana production) it’s a 3 hour drive from Luanda. The Farms start from Caxito until the further northern provinces of Uige and Zaire.
There several farms heading south from Cuanza-Sul to Benguela. Eastern side of Luanda there farms from Cuanza-Norte to Malange and so on.
