You don’t even know anything about us. “I’m not even American” shut the hell up.

I had a Canadian cashier once go off telling me how many guns she saw in the 'Houston airport' durring a layover. She told me everyone just had them on their hips. Being from the Houston area and using Bush international several times I was like wtf.. You can't carry guns through the terminals. She was insistant I was wrong, and all of us in Texans always carried guns. Even past secure check points.

Once saw a European commenter claim they saw people carrying guns all over the place when they visited…NYC. You know, the city with some of the strictest carry permit requirements in the country. Even in States with the staunchest pro-carry laws and politics, I could go days/months/years without seeing anyone, besides law enforcement, with a gun.

Ironically, most I’ve ever been off put about the amount of guns around me was at Fiumocino airport.

Well now I guess I gotta look up where Fiumichino airport is...

Italy, they have security with rifles on catwalks above passenger areas. I know it’s law enforcement/security, but still seemed like overkill.

Yeah that would be a bit unnerving. I guess I depends on where people are flying in from though too.

Also I might feel safer with that than a TSA agent with OC spray though lol.

What, you don't have your state-issued 6-shooter TSA pre-checked? Only time security stops me is when I need to carry my bazooka on the plane with me in case we run in to a rouge attack helicopter.

The sure do seem to stop me a lot when I try to carry a 17 ounce bottle of shampoo with me, though. It's weird they get a hard on for those little bottles but let everyone carry their rifles onboard with them.

The guy in the photo needs to know that most Americans are not like Yosemite Sam or something.
