Early Christians were woke socialists compared to the predominant Jewish religion... Jews seemed rather racist about gentiles 2000 years ago (hence good samaritian parable from Jesus...) but from Paul on it was all about anyone they could convert anywhere... so dumb to pretend "Christianityapplied" = racism.

Christianity has a boatload of problems, but the NT pretty clearly advocates giving up the racism of the OT. And his reference, Romans 9, is literally Paul doing that. He's giving up on his "kinsmen according to the flesh" to preach to gentiles....
